Something I hadn't thought of before about web 2.0 was in the instructions from Learning 2.0,
"embracing constant change as a development cycle over the traditional notion of upgrades." I think this is an important concept to grasp. I know technology means constant change, but it is different from the idea of we are doing this one thing until we upgrade to this other thing. There are no definite lines.
