Del.icio.us
I've been using del.icio.us for several weeks now. My favorite thing about it is that I have access to the same bookmarks at home or at work. One thing I've noticed is that I have to be careful about consistency with my tags. For example, I had some tags marked library and others marked libraries that should go together. I'm thinking if I always use singular rather than plural that should help. Does anyone have other suggestions?

That's a problem I've often had, especially when it comes to capitalization. I've had Library vs. library, so now I try to use all uncapitalized, except for proper nouns. I like your idea about always using singular.
